Domain is a licensed residential and small commercial design build firm. We focus on new construction, remodels, and additions in the more "Urban" areas of Salt Lake, where modern design and energy considerations are important. We take great pride in our attention to detail and delivering a quality product, it is the most important perspective we possess while also focusing on ingenuity and superb design.

We also are interested in bringing to market homes representing the best in modern design and quality construction at a price that reflects the desires and buying power of younger professionals. Because of the difficulties in financing markets right now for anything other than owner occupied properties, it may be the right market for individuals to acquire properties in disrepair for demolition, then contract for construction. Such properties in Salt Lake City continue to be offered at quite attractive prices, given the small number of qualified bidders.
We also are selectively interested in home additions, particularly master suites and interior modern design.

Coby has a degree from the University of Utah in Mining Engineering.
